Rates are valid until the month of the offer, unless otherwise stated.
All quoted rates are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking and must include commodity codes as well as consignor and consignee information.
Rates and transit times are subject to the availability of equipment and transport. Any additional costs (such as storage, demurrage, export customs documentation, etc.) are not included in the rates and must be borne separately by the customer.
Rates are subject to final cargo acceptance by OÜ GoForward.
Rates apply only to general cargo and do not apply to non-ferrous metals and/or hazardous cargo.
Shipper-owned containers must be marked in accordance with ISO standard rules (BIC code consisting of 4 letters + 6 digits + 1 check digit).
If the cargo is under veterinary control and originates from outside the EU, special terms and rates apply.
Storage is at the customer’s expense.
OÜ GoForward shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage arising from force majeure events (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government).
All transit times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
OÜ GoForward will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery schedules but shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.
Claims must be supported by relevant documentation.
OÜ GoForward is responsible for cargo carriage by sea, rail, and road transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the applicable waybill (B/L, CMR, SMGS).
